THERE will be a seed swap on Saturday, 29 February, from 10.30am to 2.30pm at Great Oak Foods, Great Oak Street.

Local growers will be on hand to talk about growing and to give advice.

Bring seeds to swap or to donate if you have them.

If you don’t have seeds to swap there are plenty to give away.

If you are 16 or under (in mind or body) bring a jam jar to make a bean sprouting kit, beans, blotting paper and hydration will be provided.

Great Oak Foods provides organic and local produce.

Only Legs Aloud

THERE is to be a party to celebrate 10 years of the Llanidloes Only Legs Aloud leg club.

It will take place at the rugby club on Saturday, 28 March, commencing 12pm - 12.30pm.

It will include a buffet lunch and entertainment.
