Rotary Concert

THE Rotary Club is proud to announce that they have booked the world-famous Pendyrus Male Choir to conduct a concert next year. The choir, who boast that they are the only Welsh choir to perform in both the White House and Kremlin, will be visiting Llanidloes next March. The planning for the concert has been going on for some time, and Llanidloes Rotary Club can now confirm it will take place on Saturday, 18 March in China Street Chapel. Tickets for the concert can be bought from any Rotarian or from Woosnam and Davies Newsagents. Tickets have gone on sale early so that they can be purchased as a Christmas gift.Llanidloes Rotary Club inducted Rhys Sheppard, at their last meeting. Rhys who has helped the Rotary over the years has decided to be an associate member of the club. This allows Rhys to enjoy the fellowship of the club without having to commit fully to every meeting, and every commitment the club undertakes. The idea of associate members was introduced last year, with the understanding that there is a huge audience of prospective members who are worried to commit due to their busy schedules. Any wishing to be considered as an associate of Llanidloes Rotary should contact a member of the club for further details.
