MEMBERS gathered to celebrate St David’s Day at The Pepper Pot in New Quay.

Everyone was served some very nice cawl with bread and cheese, followed by apple and strawberry crumble and bara brith.

There were several members absent due to illness and other commitments, and the president wished everyone well.

The monthly letter was read and discussed and Delyth said that as Easter Monday was the next scheduled meeting, the group would instead meet in the Memorial Hall on 9 April.

The competition was for a spring flower arrangement. First prize went to Delyth Jones and second to Nelyth Jenkins.
