Garden Club

A VERY interesting talk was given by Gareth Jones, manager of Rhug Estate, Corwen to Garden Club members at the beginning of April.

He covered all aspects of running the farm, shop and food outlet.

Mr Jones gave a brief history of the estate and continued with meat production.

The estate is run on organic principles including generating their own electricity.

The next Garden Club meeting will be on Wednesday, 2 May, with well-known local photographer Jean Napier.

Jean will talk about ‘The Old Ways’, drovers roads, gold mines and other tales of the Rhinogydd.

The presentation will include a slide show and film.

You don’t have to be a member to come to the talk.
