THE club’s recent success in Cardigan saw one of the prints achieve a maximum score from guest judge Chris Warren in a three-way competition, which included Aberystwyth.

Last Thursday the meeting room was transformed into a fully equipped studio, which included synchronised flash units to enhance the lighting.

Two friends of a member agreed to model for the evening and performed their arduous task with tireless enthusiasm for two hours.

There were also table-top displays for those wishing to try their hand at still life, with members sharing their results, knowledge and experiences.

The next meeting, in the Memorial Hall on 1 November at 7.30pm, will be an in-house, panel-of-three Triptych competition, to be judged by guest judge Vince Penticost AWPF.
