Afternoon tea

NEW Quay RNLI fundraisers have organised an afternoon tea on Saturday, 21 September, at 2pm at the bowls club.

All are welcome and tickets available on the door, £8 or £10 with a glass of Prosecco.

All proceeds go to the RNLI.

Oedfaon

AR ddydd Sul, 22 Medi, am 10.30yb cynhelir Oedfa’r Ysgol Sul yng Nghapel Pencae.

Ac am 2yp, cynhelir Oedfa Ddiolchgarwch yng Nghapel Maenygroes am 2yp yng ngofal Gwendoline Evans.

Yn dilyn yr oedfa bydd yna daith gerdded yn dechrau ger festri Nanternis am 3.30yp gyda’r bwriad i gasglu sbwriel o amgylch yr ardal.

Gwahoddir chi’n gynnes hefyd i ddathlu 125 sefydlu’r achos yng Nghapel Brynrhiwgaled ar 29 Medi am 2yp.

CPR training

WELSH Hearts Charity are holding a free CPR and defibrillator training session this Wednesday, 18 September, from 10am to noon at The Penwig Hotel.

Come a long for a coffee and a slice of cake and learn these all important life-saving skills.
