Borth British Legion held its annual Act of Remembrance at the War Memorial on the cliff tops above Borth on Wednesday evening.

The best turnout for ten years saw the Rev’d Nick Bee as Branch Padre lead the service, with contributions from Branch Chairman, Ray Quant MBE, President Mark Williams, and Mrs Margaret Griffiths. Standard bearers were Gareth Jones - Aberaeron Royal British Legion, Bleddyn Evans - Aberystwyth Royal British Legion, and Jack Morris - Borth British Legion. Special thanks to members of the Aberystwyth Silver Band, and Aberystwyth Air Cadets Squadron 561.

Once again the beautiful setting over Cardigan Bay and the Dyfi Estuary provided a poignant setting to the Act of Remembrance.
