Madam,

The whole community would welcome the demolition of the eyesore St David’s building in Harlech. This building is not safe and for this reason alone should be demolished without delay.

The council has the power and the means to do this - before tragedy strikes.

Also this site would, on clearance, look more inviting to businesses.

The views alone would speed up the sale. It is a magnificent site just waiting for the right development.
