Madam,

May I through your newspaper urge people who rely on the three sets of traffic lights to be able to cross roads in the town of Lampeter to register complaints on the county council computer in the Library where the assistant is very helpful.

I have Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD), I walk into town most days, where one or the other sets of lights have been out of action since October 2018.

When you report the problem it is not enough to be told “we know about it”, it needs to be officially noted on the computer each time.

Let’s hope the famous ‘part’ which is holding up completion of work will be found and fixed soon.
