I do believe that the ‘powers that be’ (without naming them) in Ceredigion County Council should all be aware that the most informed county councillors in Ceredigion as to knowledge of local resident’s feelings on council related matters must be those such as Ceredigion county and Aberystwyth town councillor Ceredig Davies.

Cllr Davies is a willing ‘sitting target’ in his shop in the main street in Aberystwyth, not just for the liberal party he represents but for all residents of allegiance to all political parties resulting in a great insight into all these residents’ differing opinions on council related matters of concern which so many readily seek and also relate to him personally.

I would therefore personally advise that when residents’ thoughts and opinions are sought on council issues by official council led consultation or otherwise that Cllr Davies and other councillors in the same publicly available position be sought at all times for a true reflection of local public feeling ascertained whatever their varying political allegiances.
