An Aberystwyth 22-year-old has been found not guilty following a trial after denying a charge of assault.

Adren Poulard, of Flat 1, St James Hall, St James’s Square, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court for trial on 6 June.

Poulard had pleaded not guilty at a previous hearing in September last year to a charge of assaulting Wiktoria Bekier on Great Darkgate Street in Aberystwyth on 16 July.

Poulard was found not guilty of the charge following the trial.
