AN ALLTYBLACA man has been fined by magistrates for not wearing a seatbelt.

James Thomas Nock, of Brynteifi, was stopped by police on the A475 Pontfaen Road in Lampeter on 18 June when he was seen not wearing a seatbelt while driving a Mini Cooper, Llanelli magistrates heard on 10 January.

The 37-year-old was fined £220.

He must also pay prosecution costs of £90 as well as a surcharge of £88.
