A Bethania man will stand trial next month after appearing in court to deny a charge of being in charge of a vehicle while above the drink drive limit.

Richard Bruzas, of Penrhiw House, Penrhiw Stores, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 19 June.

The 51-year-old denied a charge of being in charge of a vehicle while above the drink drive limit on the A485 at Llanilar on 21 May.

Bruzas is due to stand trial on 10 July.
