A Cardigan man who denied a charge of failing to provide a specimen to police has been found not guilty following a trial.
Fraser Rees, of 42 St Mary Street, appeared for trial before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 13 March.
The 47-year-old had previously pleaded not guilty to a charge of failing to provide a specimen of blood at Cardigan Police Station on 23 November last year.
He was found not guilty and the case was dismissed.
