A Felinfach man has been fined by magistrates after being caught driving while using a mobile phone.
Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on 8 April that Richard Ifan Thomas, of Maesgwili, was caught using a mobile while driving a Ford Transit on College Street in Lampeter on 5 September last year.
Magistrates fined the 37-year-old £100 and endorsed his driving licence with six penalty points.
He must also pay £90 costs and a surcharge to fund victim services of £40.
