A 29-YEAR-old Southampton man arrested in connection with an incident at Cardigan’s Spar supermarket in North Road this week has appeared before Llanelli magistrates.

James Michael John Cannon, of Shamblehurst Lane, was charged with robbery and dangerous driving.

No pleas were taken and the defendant was remanded in custody until 29 February when he will appear before Swansea Crown Court.
