A LAMPETER man has denied causing the death of a Unison area organiser by dangerous driving.
Jack Leon Isaac Weston, 22, appeared before Judge Peter Heywood at Swansea Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
He denied causing the death of Roger Bevan, 50, in a collision on the B4337 Cilcennin to Cross Inn road on 14 July last year.
The crash involved a VW Golf and a Honda Civic, and Mr Bevan was declared dead at the scene.
Weston, of Tir Bach, Cilcennin, was told a four-day trial had already been scheduled for 3 January. He was granted bail meanwhile.
