A Llechryd man has been fined by magistrates after admitting stealing from a Cardigan supermarket.
Aeron Castle, of 26 Glannant, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 30 May.
The 29-year-old pleaded guilty to stealing a number of items to the value of £39.74 form the Aldi store on Aberystwyth Road on 26 September last year.
Castle was handed a £40 fine by magistrates.
He was also ordered to pay full compensation to the store of £39.74.
No costs were ordered.
