A Penparcau man who stole two bottles of rum from an Aberystwyth supermarket has been handed a conditional discharge.
Shaun Tooley, whose address was given in court as c/o 4 Maes Maelor, appeared before Aberystwyth magistrates on 20 December.
The 35-year-old pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of Kracken rum from the Marks & Spencer store on Park Avenue on 21 June.
Tooley was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordere to pay compensation along with a surcharge of £26.
