A New Quay man has been charged with failing to comply with a community protection notice three times.

Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court heard on 2 September that David Scott Holeyman, of Bamenda, Hill Street is charged with three counts of failing to comply with a community protection notice by using abusive language in New Quay on 2 May, 9 May and 11 July this year.

The case was adjourned, and Holeyman is due to appear for a plea hearing before Aberystwyth magistrates on 16 September.
