A PENPARCAU man will stand trail after denying driving without due care and attention last year.
David Thomas, of 10 Llwyn yr Eos, appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on 5 July.
The 74-year-old pleaded not guilty to driving without due care and attention on Penglais Hill in Aberystwyth on 11 Novermber last year.
Thomas is due to stand trial on the charge at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 14 September.
