A Trefenter sex offender will be sentenced later this month for failing to comply with notification requirements of the sex offenders register.

Ashley Hobbs, of Pantyclawdd, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 7 October.

The 39-year-old admitted a charge of failing to comply with notification requirements of the sex offenders register on 6 September.

Magistrates adjourned the case for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

Hobbs will be sentenced at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 28 October.

He was remanded on conditional bail until date.
