A Tywyn man will stand trial later this year accused of assault.

Gary Thomas, 63, of Ty Mawr Cottage, still stand trial in November accused of assaulting Kris Anderson on 5 May, thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm.

Thomas will next appear before court for trial on 18 November and was remanded on conditional bail by Magistrates sitting in Caernarfon.
