I’m full of admiration for those who shine the spotlight on our climate and ecological crisis (‘Vic, 73, sits on main road in climate change protest’, Cambrian News, 13 May).

We are sitting at a crucial crossroads for humanity. Will we take the ‘road less travelled’ to find a way through together?

Everyone can do something,whatever their disposition, and that includes inviting our representatives to take action.

My own community council has just confirmed to me that it will support the Climate & Ecological Emergency Bill and write to Barclays to note their concern about the bank’s investments in fossil fuel projects. People do care - sometimes all we have to do is ask.
