Madam,

So the Llanbedr bypass has a major setback. Do we really need it anyway? We have a train line passing all major destinations anyway. These trains are often empty. Why not make it cheaper to use it? Just build bigger car parks so people can park and ride.

The disruption that this bypass will cause is not worth it.
