Madam,

I’m writing to you again regarding the non-collection of refuse, ie recyclable paper, etc, and the mini green food bin. It seems that Ceredigion County Council wants our high-band council tax from us at Rheidol Road, in Penparcau, Aberystwyth, but for some reason we have had a lot of times when they haven’t collected from our street.

Do they think that Rheidol Road doesn’t exist or is it that they can’t be bothered to correct the issue, although this has happened up to eight times this year.

Ceredigion County Council is quick enough to take our money but lacks in consideration of their liability of collecting on arranged days.
