Madam,

The Aberystwyth Group of Blood Bikes Wales has now been operational for just over two years. We provide an out-of-hours motorcycle courier service - totally free of charge - to the local NHS. We are all volunteers and are very proud of what we have achieved. We have gone from a single bike operating for two shifts per weekend, to now having two machines, serving the community seven days a week, 52 weeks of the year.

This service cannot be done in isolation. As we are totally reliant on voluntary donations, it can only be provided because of the incredible support from the generous people of Ceredigion.

I would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks to you all, on behalf of the riders, fundraisers, controllers, and everybody in the Blood Bikes Wales, Aberystwyth Group. Your support is what keeps our service on the road.
