THIS year’s Nefyn Show is being held at Botacho Wyn, Morfa Nefyn, on Bank Holiday Monday, 2 May.

The gates will be open to competitors at 7am, and the competition starts at 10am.

There will be competitions for cattle, sheep, horses, as well as craft and cookery held throughout the day.

There will be plenty of trade stands selling everything from toys to tractors and a craft tent displaying handicrafts.

The falconry exhibition is also bound to prove popular.

To entertain the youngsters and the young at heart, there will be a fair, and face-painting.

Entertainer The Welsh Whisperer will also be making an appearance in the afternoon.

There will also be vintage cars and machinery, a firm favourite with regular visitors to the show.

This year there will be a wood sculpting demonstration too.

A family tickets is £25 for the day, adults £10, children and concessions £5.

Eirian Lloyd Hughes, show secretary, said: “We are hoping for good weather, particularly since this is the first show of the year and offers something for everyone.”

Bydd y Welsh Whisperer yn dangos ei wyneb hefyd.

Mae’r hen geir a pheirannau yn boblogaidd iawn gydag ymwelwyr i’r sioe.

Yn ogystal, mi fydd yna arddangosfa cerfio goed i greu addurniadau.

Tocyn teulu am y diwrnod yn £25, oedolion £10 a phlant a phensiynwyr £5.
