A MOTORIST has been stopped by police driving around a major Aberystwyth roundabout on the wrong side of the road.

Police officers stopped the driver shortly before 6am on Tuesday, 10 March, in wet and windy conditions after a car was spotted approaching and exiting the Parc y Llyn roundabout near Morrisons on the wrong side of the road.In a tweet, Ceredigion RPU, said: "Wet roads, high winds, early morning driver."Recreational vehicle on way to work decides to drive the wrong way."Arrow pointing rightwards then curving upwards around the roundabout, both entering and exiting rightwards arrow the roundabout on the opposing carriageway. "Stopped and reported for Section 3 Due Care and a Section 59 warning Warning sign issued."
