An eight-year-old Llanrhystud girl is hoping to raise £400 to create a wig made of her own hair for a young girl suffering with cancer.
Year 3 Ysgol Myfenydd pupil Abia Almoosa is preparing to have a foot of her hair cut off so it can be used to make a wig by the Little Princess Trust, which makes wigs for children who have lost their hair through cancer treatment.
Abia is asking for donations before she gets the chop on St David’s Day, as the charity requires £400 to make the wig.
To sponsor her, contact Abia’s mum Nicola by e-mail on: [email protected].
Abia is pictured with friends Lleucu Morgan, Erin Davies, Isabel Jones and Ellen Davies.
