Madam,

My husband Bernard Cox was in Cefn Rodyn care home in Dolgellau. Sadly he passed away in August 2018.

The care he had in there was outstanding.

Nothing was ever too much trouble. The food, the personal care, the attention given, the cleanliness, the respect was beyond belief, day and night.

There were clean clothes every day and even the towels used were different ones for the lower body and the top.

It’s so sad to see so many stories in the newspapers about neglect in care homes.

These are very vulnerable people and I think your readers would like to know about an excellent care home which is second to none.

The most important thing the staff at Cefn Rodyn give is from their hearts, and no amount of training, exams or money can do that.

I would like to thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart. My husband was happy there and contented, which is priceless to us.
