A BELOVED family pet is missing in the Dolgellau area.

At the end of November, Taff the Collie was lost in the Torrent Walk area near Brithdir.

Heartbroken owner Andrea Vaughan is still hoping for his safe return.

"Our handsome boy has been missing since 24 November," she told the Cambrian News.

"He’s a lovely dog, good with people and soft as butter; if you call him he’ll come to you.

"He’s about 6-7 years old, he was an unsuccessful sheep dog and we acquired him through the local vets and have loved his company for the last five years.

"Amber, his canine friend, is missing him as well. All help is gratefully appreciated."
