FOUR Llyn women are gearing up to take part in a gruelling 100km night cycle ride through London to raise vital cash for charity.

Ann Charles, Janet Cummings, Louise Fletcher Brewer and Glenys Thomas, are taking part in the Women V Cancer Ride the Night starting from Royal Windsor Racecourse, following a 100km route into London and back to the racecourse in aid of three UK cancer charities – Breast Cancer Care, Ovarian Cancer Action and Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust.

The four friends are hoping to raise £3,000 for charity and have been busy training for the event on 28 May by cycling long distances around the Llyn Peninsula.
