In recent discussions about Tesco’s new Aberystwyth store, one thing which appears to have been passed over is the car park at the Mill Street Development.

This large car park on two levels is not owned by Tesco’s and is freely available for anyone to park in for up to three hours without charge.

Given its proximity to the town centre, I think the hope was that this would help with the chronic parking problems in town, however at present not many people are taking advantage of this facility. Hopefully this letter will make more people aware of the situation.
