A FUN day is being held at the Min y Ddol playing fields in Penparcau on Saturday, 20 August, in aid of Bronglais Hospital’s oncology unit.
The event, organised by Alicia Parry in memory of her mother Pauline Parry who died from cancer in June, starts at noon and ends at 11pm.
There will be a raffle with great prizes including tickets for the Big Tribute Festival, various stalls, a bouncy castle, an animalarium, fancy dress football and lots more entertainment for children and adults.
In the evening there will be the chance to dance the night away when a DJ and singer entertain the crowds and there will be an auction where people can bid for lots including a Charles Bronson signed drawing and two season tickets for Aberystwyth FC.
There will also be a bar from 1pm and food.
