I find it very worrying that we now have to pay for garden waste removal. This was always included in our council tax, but now there is an extra charge of £33 a year. And if you need more bins it’s £28 pounds for each one. Will some one tell me how the county council decided on this amount? What is it - think of a number? What a sorry state of affairs.

It makes one wonder what we will be charged for next. This measure we know will be open to abuse. People will not bother to do any gardening, or they will be dumping the waste on sides of roads.

And once again it will lead to rubbish being left anywhere.
