Thirteen deaths have been recorded across Wales today, according the latest figures.

Data released by Public Health Wales this afternoon shows that 1,986 new cases of Covid-19 have been recorded across Wales.

Ceredigion has recorded 62 new cases today, with Carmarthenshire recording 108 cases and Pembrokeshire, 65.

Powys has recorded 91 cases today with Gwynedd recording 72.

13 deaths have been recorded across Wales, taking the total number of suspected Covid-19 deaths in Wales to 6,214 since the start of the pandemic.

Two of the deaths have been recorded in Hywel Dda Health Board region of Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, taking the total to 578.

Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board in north Wales has recorded four deaths today, taking its total to 1,078.

No deaths have been recorded in Powys, with the total remaining at 78.
