New cases of Covid-19 continue to rise across Wales, according to the latest data.

1,480 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Wales today, with the rate of infection nationwide now standing at 209.8 cases per 100,000 population.

Two new deaths have been recorded in Wales, taking the total number of fatalities to 5,647.

Ceredigion has recorded 27 new cases today with neighbouring Pembrokeshire recording 101 cases.

Carmarthenshire has recorded 74 cases with 69 in Gwynedd and 47 in Powys.
