Residents, organisations and community representatives across Powys are being asked to share their views on what well-being means to them, as part of the latest countywide survey.
The survey will help shape the updated Powys Well-being Assessment.
The Powys Public Services Board (PSB) has already gathered a wide range of data and insight but is now calling on local people to share their lived experiences and priorities.
Powys PSB Chair Cllr Jake Berriman said: "We want to hear directly from people across Powys about what matters most in their day-to-day lives.
“Your feedback will help us better understand the challenges and opportunities facing our communities, now and in the future."
The survey can be found online, with a closing date of 30 September.
