MEMBERS of the Aberystwyth and District Motor Club have presented Bronglais Hospital’s Ceredigion Radiology Fund with £1,500 to help buy a new vein scanner.

The money was raised through two events organised by the club, and a cheque was handed over to staff at the hospital.

Paul Davies, of the Aberystwyth and District Motor Club, said: “Aberystwyth and District Motor Club made a donation of £1,500 to Bronglais Hospital’s Ceredigion Radiology Fund, towards the purchase of a new vein scanner.

"Money was raised from the club’s two rallies that ran earlier in 2018 - the Tomos Lewis Body Repairs Nightowl Rally, and the Cwrt Garage Ystwyth Targa Rally.

"The club would like to thank everyone that was involved in both events, including all landowners and residents along each route.”
