Two new cases of coronavirus have been reported in Ceredigion, bringing the total since the pandemic began to 41.

Public Health Wales in its daily data update said there were 6 new suspected Covid deaths in Wales reported over the last 24 hours, plus 185 new cases. This brings the total number of cases to 13,169, with 1,260 suspected Covid deaths reported to PHW.

In the Hywel Dda Health Board area, Ceredigion had two new cases; Carmarthenshire 29 (total 701) and Pembrokeshire 2 (total now 277).

Powys had two new cases, for a total of 255.

Gwynedd now has 380 cases confirmed - 5 new cases reported today.

PHW has recorded 57 deaths in the Hywel Dda Health Board area, Powys has the lowest death toll, at 13 and Betsi Cadwaladr has reported 22 Covid suspected deaths to PHW.
