Heler Foods has invested in leadership development at its packing facility in Minffordd, Gwynedd.

A training programme was developed with the Welsh Government Sgiliau Bwyd a Diod Cymru / Food & Drink Skills Wales programme (F&DSW) and Grŵp Llandrillo Menai. The Busnes@LlandrilloMenai team delivered the programme, which focused on key areas including delivering successful change, business improvement, building a coaching culture, and enhancing communication skills.

Looking ahead, Heler Foods expects the programme to deliver long-term benefits including improved organisational resilience, enhanced succession planning and sustained business growth.

F&DSW provided 50 per cent of the funding towards the cost of this training course.
