STAFF at award-winning touring and holiday home parks in Harlech joined in the fun on Red Nose Day and raised £50 for Comic Relief.

Apart from wearing red noses, staff at Min-y-Don and Castle View Holiday Parks had their faces painted by warden Kayleigh Legg, which generated lots of smiles and laughter during the day.

The parks are managed by Carl and Jayne Miller and it was their idea to support Red Nose Day.

Holiday home owners and visitors contributed £50 to a collection tin and brought in cakes and biscuits to show their support for staff.

“We are starting to do events on the parks and Kayleigh thought it would be a good time to practice her face painting for the holidays,” said Carl.

“It caused a lot of laughter and, all in all, it was really good fun and raised £50 for a great cause.”
