Madam,

Recently when travelling through Bow Street from Aberystwyth I fell in behind a van which had pulled out. I had been doing 30mph, but now noticed I was doing 38mph keeping up with it. I slowed immediately to 30mph as it pulled away. By the time I got to Rhydpennau it had disappeared in the distance. The driver had no need to worry about the speed enforcement van, he was driving it!
