Madam,

I had driven down to Aberaeron the previous week to inspect the said plans and attend the full council meeting. I did say that the lease owners had been waiting a long time for this planning application. I went on to say a number of things on the development, regarding materials to be used, the location for a five-floor building and also many councillors gave their views on the flat roof and more.

I again stated that we should be very careful regarding passing this application as it would set a precedent on section two, Extra Care housing.

Again I went on to try and say my thoughts on that next development and its location, weather conditions and the road, it being not just narrow but up an incline. I was asked to stop speaking as it was irrelevant to the application on the table, which I did acknowledge and I abstained from voting.

Yours etc,

Cllr Mair Benjamin, Aberystwyth.
