Madam,

The staff at Bronglais Hospital are, quite rightly, lauded and applauded. There is another group of people – ‘carers’ of a different kind - I want to thank through your letters page.

Each and every staff member at our local job centre has given me help, support, friendship, advice and encouragement well beyond anything I’ve previously experienced.

Having undergone awful emotional, physical and mental trauma during the past year, I simply want to thank these incredible people for their marvellous care and for what they’ve helped me achieve.
