May I congratulate Helen Palmer of Ceredigion Archives and others for the splendid event held on the Bandstand last Tuesday evening.

There were four interesting speakers who gave an insight into how they used archives, and who engaged in conversation with the attendees afterwards.

There were informative stands and a buffet and drinks, all for free. And as a non-Welsh speaker, may I praise the lady who provided a first-class simultaneous translation.

An excellent event, we need more of these well organised events at the Bandstand.
