The students of Akai Ryu Ju Jitsu Club in Synod Inn, Ceredigion took part in a Children in Need throw-athon.

The children completed 100 throws, while the adults completed 200.

They thanked families and friends who helped raise the fantastic total of £1,000 for the cause.
