I’m writing as a very angry patient! Once again the North Road Eye Clinic has let me down.

Last year I had been waiting about two years for an eye check-up as I have glaucoma. Now this year I and been told the so-called “list” is everlasting again!

Why oh why have myself and many other patients been badly let down again?

The Hywel Dda Health Board wants to get a grip on this situation once again The Labourbased Cardiff government is once again letting loads of patients down!

These big waiting lists are disgusting and I am upset for myself and also lots of other patients.

I don’t think a bag of money is the problem!
