It is ridiculous and irresponsible for Nikky Govier (Letters, 25 February) to suggest that we should put our faith in “God and a healthy lifestyle” to protect us from Covid, rather than getting vaccinated - which most sensible people realise is the right thing to do.

The virus can attack anyone regardless of their faith or otherwise. Listen to the scientists - they deal in facts, not propaganda.
